The Ecodirect Ltd. began its operation at the end of the year 2011. Now with multiple decades of experience we offer our clients handling tasks of property management, general maintenance, conservation works, energy consumption optimalization and technical consultation. As demands grew in special cases, administrations and solutions for recurring issues our managed properties grew ten-times in number.

Mindeközben több tízszeresére erősödtek a bérbeadott és üresen álló ingatlanokkal, illetve különféle finanszírozásból visszakerült ingatlanokkal kapcsolatos megbízásaink, napi- és eseti feladatok, melyek során az ingatlanok birtokbavételét, műszaki szemléjét, kiürítését, részleges- és teljeskörű felújítását, teljes körű közműügyintézését, vagy rendszeres állagmegóvó felügyeletét végeztük.
